Processing of personal data for the performance of a legal obligation (e.g. accounting and consumer dispute resolution).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data is used for the management of customer orders and the delivery of goods.\u00a0<br>Purchase history data (date of purchase, goods, quantity, customer details) is used to compile an overview of goods and services purchased and to analyse customer preferences.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data, such as e-mail address, telephone number, customer name, are processed in order to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The e-shop user's IP address or other network identifiers are processed for the purpose of providing the e-shop as an information society service and for the purpose of web usage statistics.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Transfer of personal data to processors<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Merchant shall keep confidential the personal data of the Customer that have become known to it in the course of registration and use of the User Account and shall disclose them to third parties only with the Customer's consent, unless the obligation or right to disclose the data is required by law. The user of the e-shop agrees that the trader has the right to process his\/her personal data in order to provide the customer with the appropriate services, including the transmission of the customer's data to persons connected with the provision of the service by the trader to the customer. List of authorised processors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mailchimp -\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mailchimp.com\/legal\/privacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/mailchimp.com\/legal\/privacy\/<\/a>\u00a0(Personal data will be transferred to the e-shop newsletter provider for direct marketing purposes and only with the customer's consent).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google -\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy#infocollect\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy#infocollect<\/a>\u00a0(Personal data (IP, browser, operating system and other network identifier information) is collected for statistical collection and analysis to improve the user experience and technical solution of the e-shop. )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Security and data access<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data is stored on servers of Zone Media O\u00dc located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or in the territory of countries that are members of the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to companies in the United States that have signed up to the Data Protection Shield (<em>Privacy Shield<\/em>) framework.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The e-shop implements appropriate physical, organisational and IT security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access and disclosure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transfers of personal data to processors of the e-shop - The processing of personal data is based on contracts between the e-shop and the processors. The processors are obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards when processing personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Storage<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>When you close your e-shop customer account, your personal data will be deleted, unless such data need to be stored for accounting purposes or to resolve consumer disputes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the purchase is made online as a guest (without a user account), the personalised purchase history is kept for three years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of disputes relating to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be kept until the claim is settled or the limitation period expires (three years).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data necessary for accounting purposes are kept for seven years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Direct marketing communications<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The email address and telephone number will be used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given their consent.
