Transport terms

All products are made to order. We deliver all over Europe. If your desired country does not appear under the checkout options, please contact us. Delivery time depends on the size of the order and the country of delivery and can be up to 6 weeks. Production will start after payment of the order. Once the products are ready, they will be shipped to the customer as soon as possible.

The normal delivery time for purchased goods is. 5-14 days. 

Transport as agreed, either by courier or self-collection.

Goods are only handed over to the customer at the destination on the basis of a document. In the case of acceptance of the goods by a third party, this must be agreed prior to the provision of transport.
The customer also has the option to pick up the ordered goods themselves. MoonPath OÜ warehouse is located at: Merimetsa 123, Pärnu, 80027

We will work with you MON-FRI: 9-16.00and Friday we deliver goods until 14.00

When you collect the goods yourself, we ask you to wait for confirmation from our customer service that the goods are complete. Goods will not be dispatched from the warehouse until we have received this confirmation. 

On weekends, delivery is by prior arrangement only.

Moonpathlight.eu delivers to customers all over Europe. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the customer's representatives are present to receive and unload the goods at the agreed time of delivery. Otherwise, the goods will be returned to the Moonpathlight.eu warehouse and the customer will be obliged to pay the cost of the transport in order to have the goods redelivered to the desired destination.
